I’ve done some digging to find the best duvet covers for under £20; guaranteed you’ll love these.
Changing your duvet cover can have a huge impact on your bedroom; it’s such a big surface area so it makes a big difference to your decor, therefore, it should be taken into careful consideration.
That doesn’t mean, however, you can’t mix things up; if you’re the kind of person who likes change – you know, your favourite colour is red on a Monday but by Friday you’re into green – then changing your duvet cover is a quick and easy way to update your bedroom.
A new duvet set is a smart way to make your room feel more seasonal; for example, you could go for a smart check in the winter and ditsy floral in the summer.
Of course, this could get into a very expensive habit so I’ve curated a list of the best duvet covers for under £20 below. Yep people, it’s about to get very cosy around here.

NON-IRON PLAIN DYE IVORY DUVET COVER – DUNEL £16
This one has the Good Housekeeping stamp of approval, but more importantly, my stamp of approval because it’s non-iron so it’s always going to look neat. The ivory acts as a great backdrop so you can go wild with pattern cushions and blankets, or not.
ZANE STRIPE TURMERIC DUVET SET – DUNELM £16
I am the biggest striped-duvet set fan and I love to contrast the stripes with floral cushions; I think it is such a jaw-droppingly gorgeous combination. I’m absolutely weak at the knees for this duvet cover from Dunelm and no, I can’t believe it’s less than £20 either.
MANHATTAN REVERSIBLE DUVET SET – DUNELM £18
This has been on my wish list for a while; red and pink is the best colour combination (no question) and the geometric pattern would be a lovely addition to a modern bedroom.
HABITAT LINE GEO PRINT DUVET COVER – ARGOS £11
The geometric pattern in nature-inspired colours would be a calming addition to a room. Be quick with this one though, it’s on sale, I’m not sure it will stick around for long.
HABITAT STUDIO BRUSH MARKS DUVET SET – ARGOS £13.33
This pattern – wow! At this price – leg it don’t dawdle!
SEERSUCKER STRIPE DUVET COVER – MATALAN £21
Confession: this duvet cover is a pound more than I promised, but I couldn’t bare to gatekeep it from you. Seersucker is a lovely material for bedding because it stays feeling crisp and clean for longer. You get that fresh sheet feeling again and again and again. Worth spending £1 more? I think so.
SPARVVICKER DUVET SET – IKEA £15
Saving the best till last here as this IKEA duvet set is something really special. The design is so pretty and the colours would bring a smile to your face all year around.
